INNER PEACE

Would you rather have inner peace or happiness? You are probably thinking this is a trick question, but it is not. Happiness is joy and cheer but inner peace is something different.

Inner peace is happiness. Inner peace is accepting that happiness may not be felt all the time. Inner peace is having disappointment but using that disappointment as a teaching tool. You want an inner peace that will encourage you to accept hard times, the noise that may be around you but still have an internal calm.

Some ways to get to inner peace and self-love together is to give yourself grace, use positive self-talk, listen to what your heart is truly telling you, remove barriers, and set boundaries.

Knowing how to start, who to pull on, accepting it is okay to be angry, or feel uncertainty, yet, still moving forward without seeing or knowing what is ahead is an inner peace you want.

FEELINGS

Feelings can be unbearable and overwhelming when you do not know what to do with them. You revert to the same things, same thoughts, and same behaviors when you have not understood your experience. When dealing with circumstances that have provoked feelings less than motivating makes it hard to practice self-love.  

Self-love is a feeling. Its a feeling that describes how you experience yourself emotionally. I want you to practice a self-love that reflects you giving yourself grace, forgiveness, a chance, and compassion. Therefore understanding your emotions, gaining a love for imperfect things, and making better choices at becoming the best version of yourself can lead to a personal transformation only you can describe.

STUCK

You have shrugged your shoulders and said “I don’t know” many times when you are asked questions. You find you are in the same place 3 months ago, 6 months ago, or in the same place you were last week, sitting on the couch feeling like there is no other answer to give.

“I Don’t Know” becomes a recycled response. You are now on autopilot. You are stuck!

Stuck is meaning it is time for a change. A change that leads you to learning you have answers, you are more than “I don’t know”, and you are the answer!  

FLOWERS
